注： 对于任何试图对本服务发起 DDoS（分布式拒绝服务）或类似破坏性攻击的行为，均属非法行为。服务提供者将保留向执法机构报案的权利。相关行为可能触犯马来西亚法律（例如《Computer Crimes Act 1997》及《Communications and Multimedia Act 1998》），并可能导致刑事起诉，惩罚可能包括罚款与监禁。请查阅相关法令或咨询法律专业人士以获取具体处罚信息。
5.3 严格禁止以下行为：

6.1 本服务及其所有相关内容的知识产权归服务提供者所有。
6.2 未经明确授权，用户不得复制、修改、传播或以其他方式使用本服务的任何部分。
7.1 本服务仅收集必要的用户信息（Discord ID、用户名和电子邮件），用于身份验证和服务提供。
7.2 我们承诺不会将您的个人信息出售或提供给第三方，除非法律要求或用于服务的正常运营。
7.3 用户信息的收集、使用和保护将遵守适用的数据保护法律法规。
8.1 服务提供者保留随时修改、暂停或终止本服务的权利，无需事先通知。
8.2 如用户违反本协议的任何条款，服务提供者将立即永久封禁该用户账户，无需事先警告或通知。此封禁不可申诉。
8.3 服务终止后，用户应立即停止使用本服务，已生成的 API 密钥将被吊销。
9.1 本服务按"现状"提供，不提供任何明示或暗示的保证。
9.2 服务提供者不对以下情况承担责任：

10.1 在任何情况下，服务提供者对用户或任何第三方的损害赔偿责任不超过零（0）马来西亚林吉特。

11.2 因本协议引起的任何争议，双方应首先通过友好协商解决。
11.3 如协商不成，任何一方均可向马来西亚有管辖权的法院提起诉讼。

Welcome to Hype API (hereinafter referred to as "the Service"). This Service is provided by a developer located in Malaysia, including the following URLs:
Before using the Service, please carefully read this User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "the Agreement"). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
1.1 Hype API is a completely free API service designed to provide users with convenient interface calling functionality.
1.2 This Service is only for use in SillyTavern (https://github.com/SillyTavern/SillyTavern).
1.3 This Service uses Discord authentication via Auth0 OIDC for user identity verification.
1.4 This Service includes a Redemption System (redeem.hype3808.dev) for topping up balance on api.hype3808.dev.
2.1 The Redemption System is located at https://redeem.hype3808.dev/, where users can redeem balance for API service usage.
2.2 Redemption Rules:
2.3 The Redemption System uses Cloudflare as CDN and DDoS protection.
2.4 Prohibited Behaviors in Redemption System:
Violation of any of the above rules will result in an immediate permanent ban, non-appealable.
2.1 Using this Service requires logging in through a Discord account.
2.2 During registration and use, the Service will collect the following information:

2.4 Users are responsible for properly safeguarding their API keys and must not share or sell them to others.
2.5 User Role Information:
4.1 Users must be of legal age as required by the laws of their country or region to use this Service.
4.2 If the user has not reached legal age, they must use this Service under the consent and supervision of a guardian.
5.1 When using this Service, users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of their country and region.
5.2 The Service has rate limits: a maximum of 2 successful requests per minute to prevent abuse.
Note: Any attempt to launch DDoS (Distributed Denial of Service) attacks or similar disruptive activities against the Service is illegal. The provider reserves the right to report such incidents to law enforcement. Such conduct may be prosecutable under Malaysian law (for example, the Computer Crimes Act 1997 and the Communications and Multimedia Act 1998) and could result in criminal charges, fines, and imprisonment. Consult the official statutes or legal counsel for exact penalties.
5.3 The following behaviors are strictly prohibited:
5.4 Users may only use this Service in the SillyTavern application and are prohibited from using it in other applications or platforms.
5.5 Distribution Restriction Statement: Users may not spread, share, sell, resell, repackage, mirror, proxy, or distribute the Service (Hype API) and its access capabilities in any form outside the Discord community Odysseia, including but not limited to accounts, keys, interface proxying, reverse proxying, script wrapping, or repackaging as "panels/sites". Violations will result in immediate account banning and permanent revocation of access rights.
6.1 The intellectual property rights of the Service and all related content belong to the service provider.
6.2 Without explicit authorization, users may not copy, modify, distribute, or otherwise use any part of the Service.
7.1 The Service only collects necessary user information (Discord ID, username, and email) for authentication and service provision.
7.2 We promise not to sell or provide your personal information to third parties, unless required by law or for the normal operation of the Service.
7.3 The collection, use, and protection of user information will comply with applicable data protection laws and regulations.
8.1 The service provider reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Service at any time without prior notice.
8.2 If a user violates any terms of this Agreement, the service provider will immediately and permanently ban that user's account without prior warning or notice. This ban is non-appealable.
8.3 After service termination, users should immediately stop using the Service, and generated API keys will be revoked.
9.1 The Service is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties.
9.2 The service provider is not liable for the following situations:
9.3 Since the Service is completely free, there is no refund policy.
10.1 Under no circumstances shall the service provider's liability for damages to users or any third parties exceed zero (0) Malaysian Ringgit.
10.2 Users are fully responsible for their use of the Service and its consequences.
11.1 This Agreement is governed by Malaysian law.
11.2 Any disputes arising from this Agreement should first be resolved through friendly negotiation.
11.3 If negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit in a court with jurisdiction in Malaysia.

13.1 The service provider reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time.
13.2 After the Agreement is modified, continued use of the Service is deemed as acceptance of the modified Agreement.
13.3 Users are advised to regularly review this Agreement to stay informed of the latest terms and conditions.
14.1 If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain valid.
14.2 The service provider's failure to exercise or delay in exercising any right under this Agreement does not constitute a waiver of that right.
14.3 This Agreement constitutes the complete agreement between the user and the service provider regarding the Service, superseding any prior oral or written agreements.
